Its about time I post a rosemary recipe, and here it is Rosemary Shortbread Cookies with Tomato Jam from David Lebovitz’s Ready for Dessert. Although I enjoyed the cookies, I didn’t love the tomato jam with the cookies so I think I’ll try it on toast perhaps with some ricotta.
