So we are apart of a dinner group in Ann Arbor and we hosted in March which means we got to pick the menu. After some thinking we decided it’d be fun to do a St. Patty’s day theme. The menu is below with links to the recipes, all of which in my opinon are keepers. I know I’ll be making the stout cake on an annual basis.
Corned Beef and Vegetables (we didn’t use any particular recipe) with Guinness Mustard
So you probably get it by now, lots and lots of Guinness.
